My first rental property and I thought I could do it on my own. I scheduled a meeting with Jim and he took the time to discuss all my options. After he left I was confident I could do it on my own. After one week of having the home posted I quickly realized that I could not do this on my own. Let’s say people are not who they appear to be. I called Jim and he quickly got me situated and set up. I had tenants in 30 days(good tenants). I setup my portal and Val answered all my questions regarding how the portal works. I am happy I made the decision to go with key renters.
