New in town, I wasn't sure what to expect whatsoever. Somewhat sheepishly, I requested a little extra prep to the rental property I recently leased through Keyrenter Property Management. I have asthma and having my environment exceptionally clean is part of my reality. I asked the team if they could do a touch up cleaning before my arrival & they scheduled it for the very next day. Once I arrived to the home, I noticed the lawn could use a touch up as well, and again --- no hesitation from Keyrenter to provide the service. When the cost of living, particularly housing, is so high today, it was so refreshing to have a management company that doesn't find excuses NOT to serve.
