Working with this office has been frustrating. I have renter and auto but after two renewals, they were not competitive and went up 120 for my most recent renewal. I called to cancel my auto insurance and told them to cancel March because my new insurance starts March 1st. Instead they canceled it March 2. I called back to have them correct this and they just created obstacles.

Ya know what? For the $3.44 for the additional day, I'll just share my experience and move on.
