I think I may have gotten a quote here a couple years ago, and boy do they have a pitbull following up on old leads. This guy won't stop freakin calling me. Whenever I do look for insurance again, I will definitely steer clear of this place.

Great service. Great people. Everything they do/did is super fast. They helped me get everything squared away with renters and car insurance when I was moving to Wyoming. Got me new insurance cards in 15 minutes when I bought a new car a month ago.

Only thing I say as a negative is that they will spam you for reviews and surveys. It's literally why I'm writing this and I'm crossing my fingers that it will make the feedback requests stop. That said, it's a fair trade off for great service.

I can not tell you how great this insurance agent is. I have never had service like this before and right from the beginning. But today they took the extra time to really help me and give me that personal experience to get my mortgage insurance fixed. They even stayed on the phone for I don’t even know how long to make sure everything was taken care of. I don’t think I will ever have a different agent then this one. From the very beginning they have went above and beyond for me. I can not recommend them anymore than this. They are the best at what they do. I would personally put my name on the line for them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WACK COMPANY. You would think with ALL my issues the agent would try to help me out but no one helped me. UPDATE!!! Just wanted to update I had to rush to find new insurance on Friday because they didn’t do what they said they would and my insurance was cancelled because of this office they messed up my paperwork so bad. Not ONE PHONE CALL from this office. The response below is a JOKE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY WONT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

My experience has not been good I was with Allstate a few years ago and came back because the price was better but after I started the policy they quoted me wrong and the insurance was going to be $150+ more then we agreed to change the coverage and they send atleast 6 letters in the mail saying my email address was incorrect so I called got it corrected and still got 2 or 3 more letters after that.
I have been with them since February (it’s May) and I get a call saying they need previous insurance information okay no big deal the next day I logged into and it says they have canceled my policy and that I owe $7.58. And my policy was canceled 4 days ago and refunded I call and they say they don’t see that. Just a mess.

I haven't had to utilize the claims department as of yet which is goode news for me....and I imagine good news for you.
I appreciate getitng an email just prior to having my premium deducted from my account. It's a good reminder, for me, that I'm reminded that it's coming up.
