I have lived in one of their homes for 8 years. I have met a few people in my community that have lived in their home that is managed by this company for 10, 13, 16, & 22, & 31 years. Are they perfect? No. Have I really enjoyed my time living here? Yes. So much so that I have recommended this company to several friends who now live in my community & in three others they manage. I am always able to reach someone. Communicating through email about any maintenance issues & general questions is easy & convenient. I highly recommend you give them a call if you're interested in renting something in the area.

The management at this location are not helpful. They provide you with false information when signing the lease and do not help out when needed. When I signed the lease in March 2018 they told me and my roommate that we are provided 2 parking spaces one for each vehicle. I recently had a late shift and came home at 1 am, finding no available parking spots. I went around the neighborhood in hopes of finding a free spot. I was tired and was worried of driving the vehicle in that state of mind and felt that it was unsafe. I decided to put my car next to the dumpster, where it was not a fire lane. The next morning i found out my car was towed and paid a fine of $185. I spoke to the King Management rep and she basically told me they will not reimburse me, even though, I was told that I am guaranteed two parking spaces. The representative told me that it is a first come first served basis, which is no were stated on the lease and or was verbally communicated to us. In addition, she said that I could have parked near the office, but again, this was never verbally communicated until March of 2019. I have been living here for one year and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Please do not rent through this company. When i first moved in I was told that like all complexes your not allowed to have people living with you that are not on the lease agreement. Well i had three of my tires flatten by a female that doesn't rent through this company, but is living on the premises with her mother. When i noticed this housing complex, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. And this was after a police report was filed, and she broke into the apartment. Not once did they ask for any info regarding my situation, but you can rest a sure when it came time for the rent they made sure they called. They don't have dumpsters in the housing area, so people just throw their trash outside in-between the houses where they get busted open by stray dogs, rats, raccoons, among other animals. So please don't make the mistake i did by renting through this company

This really is a family owned business. They are soooo nice and super patient! Not sure what the bad reviews are "really" about, I was probably one of their worst tenants and I never had a problem with them, maybe they did with me, but THEY were NEVER the issue!
