Mixed experience over the last 20 years. The commercial insurance team is still very good and we keep our main business policy with Scottsdale there - hence our high rating. For home and auto insurance the agency’s relationship with Nationwide has meant aggressive price hikes, demands for constant inspections and rewording of policies. This is probably being driven by Nationwide’s strategy to boost profits but we got much better rates and terms by shopping around at other agencies.

I received outstanding service from everyone involved at Kinneman Insurance. I was growing frustrated with rising auto premiums despite the fact that I had no tickets, accidents, or claims. Kinneman Insurance was able to bundle my home and auto which will provide me with better coverage and lower premiums. Better home and auto coverage with a savings of $800 a year? Absolutely. If you have any insurance needs I recommend that you work with Kinneman Insurance. You will not be disappointed. Everyone I had contact with was polite, responsive, and professional. Switched to Kinneman insurance about 4 years ago. The level of service they provide far exceeds that of our previous agency. Gin and her team treat each individual with personal service, customized to what you need. Inquiries for information are answered promptly and thoroughly. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a call or email to be returned. What I appreciate most is being given all the advice I need, not just what I ask. That is the difference between exceptional service and someone just doing their job. Kinneman definitely gives exceptional customer service!

I have worked with countless insurance agencies over the years in both personal and professional settings and can say without hesitation that I have never experienced the level of prompt, competent, and truly pleasant customer service as I have with Kinneman Insurance. Given the unique needs of my family, we make changes to our policies (additional drivers, vehicles. etc.) quite often -- sometimes multiple times within a single month. The extent to which Kinneman responds to our requests and meets our needs at every turn truly exemplifies outstanding customer service. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I cannot say how happy I am with Kinneman insurance. I have switched ALL of my insurance coverage through Kinneman because they provided better coverage than what I was buying for a cheaper price! Alex in particular was amazingly responsive. I mean REALLY responsive. I don't think it ever took more than 10-20 min to get an email response, normally he responds within 2-3 min. Thank you to Kinneman insurance for saving me $$$ and getting me more peace of mind!
