We probably put off getting life insurance far longer than we should have because it seemed like the sort of thing that would be confusing and complicated. But once we met and started working with Chris, our actual experience was the exact opposite. Chris answered all of our questions in plain English, guided us through the entire process, never once tried to upsell, and helped us find fairly priced plans we felt super comfortable with. I would work with Chris again any day of the week and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest insurance broker.

We have used Chris Kirkland for numerous insurance issues for several years. Today he walked us through and educated us on Medicare options and insurance coverages. He is both knowledgeable and personable. We did not feel rushed or pushed in any direction. Yet wiith his information we were able to make an informed decision regarding Medicare coverage and supplements that we feel very comfortable with in our price range. Thank you Chris for providing an invaluable service and source of information. We highly recommend him. I wish I could give him more than five stars.

My husband recently retired which meant we had to go from group health insurance to Medicare. We found this to be stressful, overwhelming and the online process was not user friendly. There are so many plans to choose from and choices to make with no way to know the insider details and which plan suits your individual needs the best.
My husband's boss recommended Chris at Kirkland Insurance to us and we are so grateful for that recommendation.
Chris guided us all the way. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable,
friendly, and patient. He always made himself available to us while at the same time being a true professional.

I have been working with Chris for so many years now I cannot even count them. He has managed all my personal insurance needs along with my mom's and I have referred him to many of my friends. I travel A LOT and Chris always take care of my travel insurance whether it is us or international I am always covered. He is super responsive and always provides me with the best recommendations for me, not for him. He explains it all in plain English so those of us that do not understand all the insurance talk he lays it out. My travel insurance has been so great that when I am on vacation, I can really relax knowing no matter what I am covered: whether it be my car rental insurance (no more upcharges from the rental agencies), a prescription I forgot, major medial, emergency medical flight off an island, you name it I am covered. Chris has always been the best and you can not go wrong. I have so many friends in the insurance business, and I call Chris every time. He is the best.
