An office assistant said she will pass me to a a PA phone and I express to them that it just goes to voice mail. Her response is "well they don't stand around all day waiting for your call". I presented a concern... and I received sarcasm back. THIS is the type of service you will get here. You cannot access them by email, no website, and no after care report generated. I honestly get better care from VA and I plan on returning to VA because of the problems with the Kirkpatick office. Why would I continue to pay for insurance to be treated like this?

After going to many different doctors, I finally found the right care with Dr. Kirkpatrick.
Yes. You have to wait. And it sucks, I know...we are all busy people.
But Kirkpatrick actually sits you down and talks to you like a human. I am getting help for issues that I have had blown off for years at other Dr's. When I broke my ankle, his foot doctor nailed it on the head what was wrong, where other doctors have been messing with me for a year. AND, helped me 2x with giving me free "tester" medication that would have cost me over $3000 out of pocket.
I have been reading reviews where they say their issues were not addressed. That means YOU didn't not address them yourself. So I guess if you feel entitled, and think your time is worth more than anyone else's, then go somewhere else.
If you want excellent service, by Dr's and staff that actually care...Make an appointment.

It really doesn't get any better than this "family" care facility. It's a small town feeling every time I call.

I got on new insurance and my insurance put this office as my provider, when I called to to make my first appointment they were nice at first until they asked the question if I was taking anything for pain and I said yes I was from my primary care physician that I couldn’t go to anymore because of my insurance, their niceness changed and said they couldn’t take me I said I need a doctor because I’m diabetic I need my meds for that and my heart and they were so rude to me I couldn’t believe it I felt discriminated against. And now I can’t find a doctor taking new patients. This town is horrible never had this kind of problem ever!! I will look into discrimination on the grounds of not excepting me because of what kind of meds I’m on and the way they treated me after asking that question because before asking that question they said they were taking new patients and my insurance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kirkpatricks for almost 4 years now. He is honestly the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have a myriad of health issues due to a brutal assault I endured in 2016. Dr. Kirkpatrick and his staff have been on top of every concern I’ve had.

Sure, there have been times I’ve had to wait for up to a half hour or longer, but I remind myself that when Dr. K. Walks in the room, I’m going to get the same thorough care that caused him to run late with another patient.

I have never had such great, thorough care in my life from any other physician. And I can’t say enough good things about the support staff from the reception ladies to the technicians like AJ who does the echocardiogram’s among other things.

I would recommend Kirkpatrick Family Care to anyone looking for a good, solid, medical “home” (practice).

I had a back injury about 10 months ago and I know that this last year would have been so much more difficult if it wasn't for the amazing quality of care I've received from the doctors and staff. Kyle Wicks is especially wonderful and always makes my visits pleasant. He has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable and always makes sure every aspect of your care and wellbeing are met. The wait time is sometimes very long however when I got in to see the doctor I found out why. He does not hesitate to spend as much time as he needs or you would like for him to spend with you. Dr.K. spent a lot of time addressing my concerns and showed great professionalism in taking care of the problems. I would not hesitate to recommend kilpatrick family Care to anyone who needs to see a doctor.

The medical and reception staff at this facility are habitually friendly and helpful. Never have I had an unreasonable wait for services at this office (the one on Commerce). In particular, A.J., the ultrasound tech, is a gem. Nice facility, nice people, and always adequate parking.
