We first met Kristen in the fall of 2021 whose firm was highly recommended by business leaders on the central coast. We were researching a 1031 exchange purchase on investment property in the San Luis Obispo area. At our first meeting we were impressed with her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the area. It was evident that that we had the best agent for us. Due to market timing and the press of converting two exchange properties, as diligently as Kristen worked to locate us a property to purchase; it just wasn’t in the cards for us at that time.
