Overall, they are a good company. But the premium went up when we moved from one county to another. I was not involved in any accidents, traffic violations, etc., so I started calling around to other companies for a cheaper rate. When I have found one and the representative told me to contact my current insurance company about the change. I called the Bishop Agency/Allstate and the person at the agency offered to lower my premium. Later on, I called the new company to tell her my choice of auto insurance providers, and she said that in a year's time, Allstate was going to increase my premiums. And she was right. So, I will be shopping for a new auto insurance provider.
