Kyle and his staff run a great agency for a great company. I know insurance companies get a bad rap, but good ones are there when you have a loss and need help. I have worked in one way or another handling files from at least 25 insurance companies over more than 40 years. AmFam is one of, if not the, best in my book and Kyle's agency is responsive and caring. Most recently my wife and I were contacted for an insurance review. Kyle helped us save $$ on our coverages with some minor suggested changes. I have not had many losses over the years, but each one was handled expeditiously and fairly by AmFam. When we moved back to Wisconsin, we were recommended to Kyle's agency and I'm glad we went with that suggestion.
