very filthy and dirty building and parking , the building is falling apart. they don't have professional maintenance to fix it right. when they fix it , it last a few months. they are rude and illiterate.. the walls of the building are falling apart near the garage, it is dangerous to leave cars.
the garage is nearly falling apart. birds have nested there. the foundation of the building is falling apart. they fix it only temporary. and not professionally. i think this building is not safe any more.

it is a terrible place to have office. elevators are not safe. garage parking is filthy and dirty and dangerous. there are no security , people break in cars all the time.
cross from it , there is a low class apartment complex. and thieves can come anytime
and it is not even safe inside the building. also the building has not been renovated since 1950s. it is ready to fall. i would not move there.
