I loved the apt n was excited to learn of vaccines. However the lady in the office at Christmas time had horrible customer service. Had the look of .(I'm annoyed n have no time for you his) I knew at that time. I will not get the apt. I wasted my time because my calls was never returned. N it's February and I jus got a reply. Saying thank u for visiting.lol. while in the office on a cold day. Several tenants came in WT complaints of. No heat and over billing. It was not appealing. I couldn't get a tour of any kind. I would not recommend Lakeview to black people. The lady at the desk closest to the door. Her face would let u know..u made a wrong turn. And if you're there when a white person comes in. U will clearly see the difference. Her attitude is one of the he worst. Please check the other apts in the area. I now live 3min away from Lakeview and I'm so glad I didn't get a response after leaving over 6 messages. I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING ABOUT LAKEVIEW. THEY'RE ONE OF THE WORST IN THE AREA.

When I moved in my apartment was not ready, but Mrs. Diane did her best to push it and it was a success at the time. Now my paint is cracking, things are steady leaking and they have very bad spiders. I called the office several times to be put on pest control and I am guessing the lady in there now is just over her job she states that I am added to the list, but they have never came. WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? Its on my rent email every month. Batina can be very rude and won't even say HELLO when walking in the office, the people who work under her when they are not sure of anything she sits there and does not offer any type of feedback or help. I went in one day asking about the transfer amounts and I was told when I walked out the lady who is at the front now was like "she always late anyway" LOL like FAIR HOUSING don't discuss my personal business and I am not always late. Bottom line office staff are very RUDE, I miss Mrs. Diane. I went bi-monthly because I refuse another year of this. Raising prices, my baby girl then bust her lip on the sink downstairs several times project sinks, tubs peeling, I can go on and on, but I know it won't help anything. Everyone I have spoken with states she has been with these ppl for years and they love her so what we say won't matter. Shoutout to maintenance he will help and stop by when asked or if you tell him you have work order in. I want to say so much more. WOW

Cockroaches , cheap paint , floor started popping up within 2 months of living there to the point I could barely open my front door took them 1 months to fix it and that's only because I threatened to call the fire department. Sink fell down due to insulation toilet leaks old cabinets nothing is new except the cheap floor that pops up every time it rain my floor is still straight wood it's been a week I've been waiting on a contractor to come back they put up a new front door and didn't even secure the sides of the door so u can still see the inside of the wall all way around the door . Its 1350 plus a 42$ fee for paying online they only have 1 maintenance man . Landlord is very nasty don't open her mouth to greet you nor make eye contact while your talking just act as if she's so busy on her computer doing everything but calling an exterminator for the cockroaches . The lake causes roaches and other bugs in your home . I've been without power upstairs for over a month I was told I had to wait because it's only one maintenance man.

I have lived here since 2021. Rent has gone up dramatically for absolutely no work being done in my apartment. I pay for washers and dryers in my rent when I already have to pay for them when I actually use them. My biggest issue is my bathtub has been clogged for 2 months now, I put in a work order with the management and didn’t hear anything for 3 weeks until I went over in person to complain about it not being fixed and the lady at the front desk said “I’m just now looking at it” Me and my spouse are active duty service members and we do physical training everyday and need to shower very often. Let me tell you, we have not showered in our own apartment for over a month now because it is STILL NOT FIXED. We have to shower on base in a gym. We’ve tried unclogging it ourselves as well. Everything is outdated, and there’s a lot of shootings out here. Do not recommend staying here. Can’t wait til my lease is up and get another place so I can shower in my own home. I have been deployed to absolutely horrible conditions before, and had to use the bathroom in a hole, THOSE CONDITIONS WERE BETTER THAN LIVING HERE. There is nothing luxurious about being here.

Ever since the new owner has taken over things been going down hill. The new staff is very rude. She makes ppl cry. The property has not been updated for a long time. There is no gym. The prices steadily climbing up but nothing is done to justify the price increase. The three bedroom going up to 1750 base rent $50 washer and dryer no utilities are included. Ooo they accept section 8 now... Police stays around here now. Not to mention the shootings that happened recently. I am glad to announce my departure from this. Beware they also steal your security deposit. I was charged a cleaning fee after 7+years of living there. I respirated oven fridge tub stove etc. it’s time to seek legal advice against their criminal practices.

Very nice management the townhouses are nice and cozy I recommend for first time small families but communication is horrible with the office, i was out of work due to injury and explained that and still got served an eviction even after making payments to catch up two months behind. My door is busted and keep getting stuck there was no type of oh we can replace it once moved in

Love it here. The beginning was a little rocky as my unit wasn’t ready when expected and it was out of the control of the ladies in the office. They are super sweet and maintenance is spot on as well. The neighborhood is nice and quiet which was really important to me. The townhomes are well worth the price of the rent. It’s my temporary forever home until I buy a home who knows when. Very happy here.
