The owners are very nice and will order anything not in stock. Love that store. They always stand behind their repairs and do wonderful apraisals. They have an exquisite inventor and will make it if they do not have what I want in stock. I love them.

DONT GO HERE.
Okay so I purchased an engagement ring through here about a month ago. The experience was relatively pleasant, kind courteous.

Now here's the problem I brought the ring back 3 business days late from the return date. The workers were very unpleasant and downright disrespectful. They knocked a large portion of money off the money I paid for the ring. I feel I was robbed. The rings have a warranty that if you bring it to the store for repairs .. for life. Except when you return it?

So the ring loses value?... ?

Very disrespectful. Extremely condescending. I am appalled by my treatment. I can not believe I purchased something there.

Go literally anywhere else you will be treated better. I promise.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Have had nothing but amazing experiences with them from the beginning. They were so helpful and patient in helping us pick our perfect weddings bands. Would recommend them to anyone for any service. They offered to dip my engagement ring so it would match my new rings on the big day, as well as solder them together afterwards! Awesome customer service through and through.

I've been looking for weeks to find a wedding band to fit my marquis diamond without success or even encouragement from other jewelers.
Went to Lambert based on reviews and was the best move I made!
James was very helpful, and imaginative with out high pressure at all. He made a wax custom band for me in a few days, and his idea was perfect! Can't wait to see the final product. Thank you for taking the stress out of my search!
