I am very disappointed in Landey and his team. Don't get me wrong, Landey is one heck of a salesman. However, when State Farm was dropping me for a claim (which was not my fault), Landey was nowhere to be found. Despite several attempts to reach him, his team consistently refused to connect me with him.

What I was looking for was empathy. While the decision to drop me was State Farm's, Landey and his team showed no concern for my situation. To make matters worse, Landey tried to sell me a policy two years later, showing no recollection of my previous ordeal. This lack of awareness and empathy was incredibly frustrating. As I said, he's a total salesman, but empathy is not a tool he carries in his belt.

I would also be wary of what people say about him on the Social Collectives on Facebook. The admins are friends of his, and I've seen at least one instance where they banned someone for mentioning a similar situation to mine.
