Landmark stole $1500 from me because my dirt bike loan wasn't covered by collision insurance even though it can't be driven on the street. The charged my their own rate... 15 times higher than the going rate of around $100 per year for dirt bike insurance. Unbelievable. Stay away.

Despite being a frequent customer here since 2012, depositing weekly, the staff still act like they never recognize frequent customers, forcing them to give photo ID even in the lane where they can see my face 1 foot from them. As a former Retail Relationship Banker, Senior Customer Care Banker, Banking Mentor, etc., if I could give a 1/2 star rating, I would. It's ironic because there are some bankers who have their camera only showing 1/2" of the top of their heads in drive-thru, yet they require you to show ID and harass you as a customer, every time you go through. I highly recommend taking the drive to Franklin Landmark, where I've never had bad customer service, where they treat customers like they are people not numbers, and where they actually practice bank protocol for frequent and lifelong customers, vs harassing you and making you regret ever banking here, ever having your mortgage here, ever having anything to do with this location.

I would and could never recommend this business for any need. In a family emergency I was tasked with managing a loved one's finances. Three calls across three different business days and I've been told if I can't get to a physical bank over an hour away, I'm s*** out of luck. Formal legal paperwork that has been notarized was not sufficient for them. Paperwork that is issued by the state of WI and was fine for multiple other banks, the dmv, and the federal government. I am reporting them to the BBB because it is preventing the sale of a home. Absolutely shocking and horrible customer service. Do not risk having an account with this organization, it has been a stressful nightmare.

I was forced to use this bank by my Auto Dealer for a vehicle loan. This company has some of the most antiquated "electronic" systems for it being 2025, and that's if they even work. I've never had so many errors and issues simply trying to pay a loan. For starters, I wanted to request a different due date- they made me hand write the request, then take a picture of it and email said picture to them. It's 2025. Why is there not an electronic form or way of doing this? Trying to add ANY external account in any manner they give you caused errors. It took over an hour and a couple chat reps just to get it finally set. I hate this bank. Do NOT recommend.

Located off of 43rd and National Ave. Always busy is an understatement. Everyrime I come here I have issues with parking. It's also in an oquard position. Not matter which way you exit the premise I have to go down the road and turn around. That said, I've banked here for at least 3 yrs. So it doesn't bother me that much.
Customer service is excellent. Tellers are very helpful, curtious, and friendly.
Landmark offers various types of checking and savings accounts. Direct deposit is available. Loans, for what ever your need, are accessible.
Security is good. Cameras are located throughout the building, inside and out. Security guards are here frequently but not always.
The only negative is that there aren't enough locations.
Overall a good experience.

By far the worst Landmark Credit Union location I've been to. I came in to report my debit card for my personal checking lost and to get a replacement. The teller didn't even ask which account I wanted to cancel my card out of, he ended up canceling my business debit card. I have several accounts with this cu, you'd think he would've did his due diligence by checking FIRST. Then I was told I was going to get charged for a replacement card that he ordered incorrectly, which I was not happy with. I was referred to a supervisior and explained the situation - they did not help. The incompetence is strong at this location. Avoid, if you can.
