I have been calling for the past week and half to purchase remote. They dont' even return their calls or even messages. I then ask for the correct number. The supervisor is a pathetic arrogant person. Will not even direct to right number. The secretary was nice enough to give me the number. She must really believe in her job security because any other place would have fired her

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication from Landmark Limited. The HOA fees that we pay goes to absolutely nothing because the neighborhood has not been kept up. I along with several neighbors have tried to join the HOA meetings they post on the app but they do not provide any information to join the meeting. It merely states Zoom Meeting with no meeting info or links. The last HOA meeting was canceled without notice and we only found out because a neighbor proactively reached out to contact the person managing out property.

Landmark Limited is the worst HOA management company! They do not operate within the legal guidelines more specifically the Davis-Stirling act. Blatent disregard of owner's needs and refuse to answer emails or correspondence. This company has exhibited retaliatory practices against homeowners. We are two shakes from initiating a lawsuit against this company.

They have been managing a HOA in which I own a home. They will not communicate with property owners. They do not respond to mail or email. They do not return calls. They tried to rewrite the CC&R's to include things such as
(1) all homes must have white curtains in all windows.
(2) No repairs (broken window, broken porch lite, broken fence board, etc.) may be done with first submitting a request to the Board for review during their monthly meeting . Owner must submit full elevation drawings, samples, etc.
(3) No noise over 45 decibels (the sound of a refrigerator runnning) coming from the home or yard (normal conversation is at 65 decibels, so no backyard barbeques permitted)

They increased our dues by 300%, we have seen no changes in the overall housing development. When a group of disgruntled homeowners wanted to vote them out, we were charged for their attorney fees to defeat that motion.

They send out notices of violations with no photos and very vague descriptions of the supposed violations, and when I immediately send back a photo of whatever they claim is out of compliance, showing that the home is in compliance, the email bounces.

Horrible organization!

Sold my condo after 14 months of ownership purely due to the dysfunctional HOA, paying frivolous fees, and complete disrespect. I was a young, single woman living alone when my condo at Fairway West was broken into twice. Out of fear, I wanted someone to move in with me, but apparently this goes against HOA rules, and I was denied the basic human privilege of feeling safe in my own home (or rather allowed it at the cost of a $250 fine per week for someone else living with me before the 2 year limit. Not even a friend, significant other, or cousin is allowed). Crooked business that will twist rules to bleed you financially dry, not to mention the overwhelming $330/month HOA fee we were already paying. DO NOT buy or rent here if you can help it. I feel for all the other residents/owner I know who have felt personally violated by this company and wish I had the funds and lawyer power to take them to court.

I've been living in my home for 10 years. Our HOA switched management companies about a 1 1/2 ago. A year ago, we were sent letters regarding our yard... ok, we needed to prune shrubs and pull some weeds,ok done whatever. Sent additional letters saying we were noncompliant... umm, ok.. we did what they asked AND sent them photos and asked what we did wrong. Never got a return call or letter from them so we think we were good. Next thing you know, we need to go to a hearing? It was so inconvenient for us, so we didn't go. They sent us a $50 fee for being "noncompliant" so we just paid it. Never heard about the shrubs or weeds again... BUT we JUST got a letter about our BARK that we've had down since BEFORE they took over management!!! What... you couldn't send a letter about our bark when you sent the letters a year ago about the shrubs and the weeds? RIDICULOUS!!!

We pay our HOA dues, but where is our money going? We're supposed to have private security drive through our neighborhood often. I've only seen them drive past once in the past 5yrs! And what about security cameras in the alleyways? They can spend thousands of dollars fixing up the neighborhood swimming pool, but nothing else?
