Finding a rental in this town can be tough, but they made the process so much easier. They went above and beyond to help our son find a rental. Heather and Brady were they incredibly knowledgeable and also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We interacted with several rental companies in the area, and without a doubt, they are the best. Highly recommend!

This company leaves listings up online when they have already rented them out, they still collect the application fees for them, and I believe they rotate through several ghost listings only to collect more non-refundable application fees. You can transfer the application fee, but even if you do so ten times, you probably won’t get into a place. They won’t call and offer any explanations or help, they don’t communicate with each other in the office, and will lie about what they are doing/waiting for on their end. After viewing five apartments, going through the work of calling and transferring the application and meeting random people at awkward showings, nothing happened and I gave up. Huge waste of time and money. They required my spouse to apply as well, which doubled the fee. Imagine how many struggling people they steal from with just one fake listing. This is not the only company in town that does this. Beware. Those of us who experience this should report /complain to the Wyoming Attorney General Consumer Protection and Antitrust Unit, don’t sit back and take it!

Their lease has no way out if they fail to provide you with a livable space. Empty promises and near zero communication as soon as something goes wrong. I'd look elsewhere. Not even as a last resort would I sign a contract with Laramie PMG.

First time renter. They're alright maybe they could raise the heat a bit but still they usually respond to your requests within a few months and are always available for emergencies so

I rented from LPMG for three years. During my time there, rent was raised by $300. The thermostat was broken for about a year I was there. The heater would just keep running and running, even if the thermostat was turned off. The apartment would frequently get up to 80+ degrees in the middle of winter because the heater wouldn't kick off. I put in about 5-10 maintenance requests and they would just tell me that nothing was wrong with it. I considered taking legal action and reporting them there at the end, but found another place to move to. My life is much easier now that I have a decent landlord.

The apartment was poorly maintained. The common areas were dirty and never taken care of. The maintenance people left garbage in the apartment, such as old paint cans and unused old flooring. So, when I moved in, I had to clean out their garbage from the closets if I wanted to use them. The doors leading into the apartment looked like they were maybe 100 years old. They were broken and wouldn't shut completely. When it was windy, I just had to listen to them bang open and shut all day. Also, I saw about 10+ mice in the apartment while I was there. They probably kept getting in because of the random decaying holes in the building.

I don't normally leave google reviews, but I would definitely like to warn people away from experiencing this!

I want to start off by mentioning that I can be a bit of a handful. I tend to call a lot and change my mind frequently, especially when it comes to finding a place to live. However, I had the pleasure of working with Stephen and the team at Laramie PMG, and I must say, they've been incredibly accommodating.

They went above and beyond to help me find a pet-friendly house, even personally advocating for me during negotiations with the property owner. Thanks to their efforts, my pets were welcomed with open arms!

Throughout the process, they were always prompt in answering my numerous questions and even arranged a weekend showing to accommodate my schedule. We were on the verge of signing the lease when I had a change of heart. But Stephen was understanding and canceled the lease without any issues. He continued to search for different places that would suit my needs.

I was a little disappointed to discover additional lease fees and monthly document charges. It would have been helpful if this information was provided upfront. However, despite that, I still found the convenience and ease of communication with Laramie PMG worth it.

Overall, I highly recommend Laramie PMG. They displayed exceptional patience and professionalism throughout the process. If you're looking for a property management group that will go the extra mile, give them a try!

Would give less if I could. I rented their property on 3rd street back in 2021-22. Shower wall was broken, had one guy come look at it and he told me flat out that it was too expensive to replace. I asked them about it and they left it for the last 6 months of my lease. Told me to put plastic over it. They then kept my deposit when I moved out.
