I worked with Devin S. who was absolutely fantastic. Arranging for insurance from Germany (where I currently live) for what will be my home in Wisconsin in May was so easy. The website made getting a quote very easy and all the paperwork was done over the phone in minutes including my receipt and the certificate of insurance via email. I see a lot of great reviews but unfortunately that wasn’t our experience the communication was bad barely returned calls and I was hit with a accident on my insurance record for some small scratches on a rental car and since I was honest and told them I didn’t know how they got there cause they were only minor scratches they marked it as me being in a accident and my insurance rate went up by almost $200 so we contacted the agent and like usual no response at that point is when we found another insurance company for our cars and we was with state farm for over ten years and been saying we’re leaving for the last few years but that was the last straw
