Laura is the best agent to help you sell/buy a home in Northern Virginia! We feel extremely blessed to have her help us sell our condo. We received multiple offers the first day we did the open house! Here are the reasons why we love her and would surely do business again with her in the future:

1. She’s very professional and friendly! We felt very comfortable right off the bat. She has no judgement seeing our messy condo! She told us not to worry because she’d seen them all! 😂

2. She’s very knowledgeable and knows her thing! She knows a lot about real estate especially the change and/or updates. She gives very sound, practical and helpful advise.

3. She gave us weekly update and reminders since day 1 we prepared our house for sale. She gave us check list of things to do so it wasn’t too overwhelming which was very helpful since we have 2 young kids.

4. She helped adjust our timeline to ensure that we’re be able to sell the condo on time to comply with the timeline of the builder of our new home.

5. She’s very meticulous and hands on during the open house. She delivered the foot socks herself to make sure that our floors stay clean during the open house.

6. She’s very honest, sensible, and realistic. She gave us pointers and pros/cons to think about when we were deciding which offer we’re going to take.

7. She goes above and beyond! The location of the new house we’re buying is beyond her jurisdiction so she wasn’t our agent but still, she gave us practical advise, warning, and lists of things to look out/watch out for in new built houses. It was extremely helpful especially for us who are first time buyer of a new construction house.

8. She’s very generous and thoughtful! She gave our sons story book about moving to help them with the transition! She also gifted them jenga to play with in our new house plus a sparkling cider to toast when we move in our new house.

9. Great communication! She responds promptly to all our questions and concerns.

10. She made sure that the transition of ownership was smooth sailing especially that we had to do the rent back until we’re able to move to our new house.

Laura cares for her clients and wants the best for them. I couldn’t highly recommend her enough!
