I had to register a property to an LLC and I live out of town. I spoke with a friendly person who gave me the appropriate instructions on how to mail the deed and how to calculate to send the registration fee. This process was handled very expeditiously and I had my deed back within days as well as a refund check because I apparently had overpaid.

Phone calls are not answered, even after multiple tries, and most calls I can hear be rejected. No employees will pick up to answer even a couple questions over the phone. Bad location to go to.
