Did not have to wait in line. Customer service was very good

Thanks to kim in the driver's license department for directions on how to attain the citie form. The trooper at the DMV office gave me an email link to get it from but the form was not on the website that's when I stopped by LCRC driver's license office and spoke to kim and she was very friendly and kindly helped point me in the right direction.

Super unhelpful in person. Lady at the desk was not willing to communicate or explain anything. Kept on hold for over 25 minutes on the phone. More helpful on the phone, but not personable or understanding. Also, kept trying to talk over me while trying to explain everything.

It's been over a year since I've been in the Lee county tag office. The new building is well lit and the clerk I dealt with was very friendly and efficient.
Erica took care of my needs promptly.
This office is much more efficient than the one in Smith Station.

I'll be going to the main location from now on!!

I went on a Monday and there was a 30 minute wait which I expected. Once I was called it was handled very professionally. I am sure if I went mid week it would be faster but I was very happy with the experience

I had.a zero wait to renew my tag. An officier met me at the door asked me a few questions like what was I there for, have I been exposed to Covid 19, have I been tested in the last 14 days.....he then instructed me to wash my hands in the restroom and then proceed to the tag section. I am not sure if he evers says no....complete that process online. This was one of my easier trips to the Courthouse.... The clerk was friendly and insightful, Mrs Burdell.

Staff are very accommodating. They are respectful and nice. The policeman at the entry( main courthouse) is brass and not friendly. However, a pleasant and efficient visit.
