This State Farm office is completely unethical, they are vultures that cold call potential customers and make promises that they cannot keep, they reassure you that they can insure you and save you money, they do not verify with State Farm underwriting that the company will in fact insure you before selling you the policy. In my case, I was happy with my current insurance company, I told them that I was looking to change, but they kept on calling me asking me to just have them run the numbers to see if I would save money. I have 3 car, my house, and a 4-plex property. I recently had a claim on my 4-plex and was concerned about switching to a new insurance company. Francisco, who works there "REASSUSRED" that it would not be a problem. So, I changed all my policies to State Farm, only after I switched Francisco called me a couple weeks later to tell me that Underwriting denied to insure me. So, I told him that he had to honor his promise to me, but he said there was nothing he could do. So now my fear was, will any insurance company insure my rental property? Long story short, my old company would not insure me anymore, and I'm having to buy temporary insurance through my mortgage company, which is expensive and on top of that there are only a few non major insurance companies that are willing to insurance at a rate of triple of my previous premium. So, I was paying about $1600ish, now I have to pay $5200!! I will be filing a claim against this Lee Thronton, and I will continue to share my experience with this unethical office on every media outlet to hopefully help even one person from making the mistake that I did. I have been a State Farm customer for 30 years, and in 2 states.
I reviewed Lee's agency when I first moved to his agency. Now, after another 6 years, I find myself wanting to compliment Erin Phillips, the Service Manager for this agent. Erin is very knowledgeable and really wants to help solve problems that come up.
Even when she cannot change the outcome, I feel confident that she has done all she can to help and answer my questions.
Right now, we've been going through rate hikes. She still smiles and explains what happened.
Thank You Lee, Erin and the rest of the team. You're rocking it!

Erin Phillips has the best customer service skills of anyone I've ever dealt with in any business. She is personable and truly cares, very knowledgeable about her business, and also responds promptly with complete answers to questions and/or concerns. She treats us like we are part of her family. She is so good, we don't evern bother shopping around with other insurance companies.
