I Been with Legacy Bank since 2009 and I am very pleased with it and since I moved to Trussville I am still very happy and pleased with my Bank , they take great care of all of my financial needs. !!!

Ethan (the front teller) is a rascist. HORRIBLE customer service. He treats certain customers a certain type of way and does NOT follow protocol when it comes to certain customers. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable! I will NEVER return to trussville location because that is the worst legacy credit union I have ever been too. Makes other legacies look very bad. That’s also a reason why they are ALWAYS empty! Horrible customer service especially from the front (Ethan). Disgraceful.

I've been a Legacy member for many years, and they've always been great! Very helpful and friendly staff. Great rates! The reason for the three-star rating is simple: The new app is terrible, especially for those who use Legacy for their everyday checking account. Available balances change for no reason despite no new pending charges. Half the time pending and posted transactions don't even show up in the app. And since Legacy posts withdrawals before deposits--(Why Legacy? Most banks do the opposite.)--the bad information in the app can create a bigger issue. The old app worked great! Very useful and dependable! The new one is pretty and all, but it severely lacks functionality and dependability; and as someone who is forced to depend on it every day, to my own great disappointment, I'm seriously considering switching to another financial institution to manage my every day checking needs.

This location on service road trussville is so prejudice. One teller called a black teller to wait on me. They make me pull down my face mask and don't make the whites pull there mask down. I been denied a loan 3 times but seen Mexican paying for a loan that he got. I been a customer over 25 years and have never been treated right. I spoke with branch manager Hailey and she covered up for teller and raised her voice at me because i was telling her about what happen.
Black lives matter.
Lets treat everyone with respect and say kind things to people cause you never know what that person is going through.

I've been a member for over 25 years and I haven't found any reason to leave. Friendly staff and outstanding service. I've always been treated fairly and they are a big part of my banking needs. Keep up the good work. Btw, I was a member when you were University CU!!

Such a great location !! Came in with my grandmother I really appreciated the young girl working I believe her name was Jala or Jaliah she is so sweet & helpful. I’m glad my grandmother is able to go to the bank & receive service from such a patient employee thank you very much because it’s really hard to come by with her being up in age

Went to refinance my car with Legacy and Mrs.Diane was great! I love how friendly the staff is. They make you feel welcomed.
