Called to get information on an insurance plan, whatever happened to professionalism and helping people out, isn’t that why you call to get help and answers? I felt like I was being scolded for not knowing, probably because it wasn’t worth their time, don’t be rude and end the conversation while I’m still talking, oh but you still said thank you for calling, how polite and professional!
