Mr Eady office is friendly and professional they follow all guidelines and social distancing. He was very knowledgeable about all the questions that I asked. In my 36 years of driving I have never had an insurance company that acted in such bad faith. Nice that they send a Christmas card before christmas but how about advanced notice of a non-incident-related rate hike? Nope. Rude employees who half the time don't have the info you need and BAD FAITH liability adjustments. You take Lewis Eady on at your peril. Two words you should remember if you take this agency on: BAD FAITH. You have to sue them to get a fair shake. Not too impressed with the review below alleging Lewis Eady beats his wife, either. Run, don't walk, away from Lewis Eady State Farm. I Guarantee the 5 star reviews here were made by employees and family members.

please dont ruin Lewis' professional reputation. His wife has been struggling for decades with physical and now mental issues. I have known them for over 40 years and he has been nothing but a kind and serving husband and father to his family. Dont rush to judgment please.
