Dolan Ward was the technician that helped me today. He went above and beyond what I expected!! He checked everything thoroughly and replaced anything that needed to be replaced. He brought me out and took his time to show me exactly what he did. Such a nice young man!!!

I renewed my Annual Termite bond with Lewis. The Tech. Kris Andrews came out for the annual inspection. Kris did an extremely through job!! Taking the necessary time needed to go over my entire home. Doing even a bit extra removing some wasp he encountered during the job. I'm very pleased with the work Kris did and the job Lewis is doing protecting my home! Highly recommend A+

Kris Andrews came to my house today for termite control appointment and I just had to give a review!
He did his work then called me to the door, showed me pictures of a couple of things that were VERY minor but that could develop into a major problem at some point. Neither had anything to do with termites. There was just a little condensation, and a replacement fitting that needed to be looked at. He then went up to my attic just to check to see about the copper pipes upThere then texted me the pictures from under the house so that I could send them to the people that needed to take a look. He gave me so much more time than he needed to and I appreciate that!
You don’t see much of that kind of service anymore.!! I give him six stars on a five star rating!!
