You guys are scammers. Whats the point of having this if at the time of trying to use it, you'll deny claims? My late aunt bought the Funeral Advantage plan before she passed from cancer and you guys denied her claim once she passed. Useless company. If you like pissing money away, get these guys. Will report to the Better Business Bureau. NEGATIVE STAR if I could. That's your true rating.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This guy Carlo Tambini came to our home to sell my elderly mom life insurance, we told him we were not interested and my mom doesn’t have a bank account . He left, and then I left as well to run some errands, come to find out he came back when he saw me leave and pressured my mom into opening a bank account and actually drove her to the bank to open it. That is the most unprofessional thing to do, they are just scammers, he told my mom there was going to be no charge for 2 months. So I take my mom the following day to the bank to close the account and they have already withdrawn money. So I call Carlo to tell him off and that we want to cancel the plan. He hangs up on me and I try calling him back and it gets sent to voicemail. Now we have to contact the main company and they make it so difficult to cancel the plan. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

scum of the earth run far away from these crooks. the amount my dad paid in monthly installments to be short changed at his death with the amount given to cover funeral costs is a SHAM! seriously they should be shut down by the BBB.

Some guy stopped by my elderly father's house unannounced. Knocked 3 times in a rhythmic manner as if they were friends. My father repeatedly told the guy he didn't have time. The guy kept pushing and pushing and pushing to come inside. No appointment, no courtesy, no professionalism. This is my father's HOME, not a dive bar. This is nothing short of harassment after the first no!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you can't act like a professional company, he will gladly take his business elsewhere!!!!! No means no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I emailed for Colonials $9.95 insurance plan. I realized it was not for me. I was 57 and had late stage autoimmune diseases. I just bought my final expenses from the local funeral home in advanced. At 6:30 pm I woke up from a nap and this woman was asking personal questions about me from a house guest that happened to be there. She was a Lincoln Heritage life Insurance agent License # Ok 28673 Zaira Alaniz walked through my gated area, to my home in Montecito, CA in a very quiet beach area that is home to many celebrities because, they like privacy. I am stunned that a company in 2022 still does door to door sales I guess she works at the hospital too she was in hospital scrubs. She was not invited. I felt so invaded. Final expenses is a very sensitive subject and you DO NOT SHOW UP AT THE DINNER HOUR IN MONTECITO BECAUSE OF REJECTED CALLS TO GIVE COLLATERAL. Try email or old fashioned stamp and envelope mail not a uninvited sales call. It is 2022 we don't blitz or go door to door to deliver a un-wanted policy pamphlet. That is harassment.
