WORST company and customer service I've EVER experienced. I have been asking for 2 months! to get a light fixed in the laundry room because I get home late with NO results or attention to this matter whatsoever! HOA keeps going up and FOR WHAT!?

My HOA fees keep going up and I am not seeing any added service they are providing to my townhome complex. The buildings are still old not painted..could use new paint, I had a sewer problem back up from the street, they claimed it's not their problem. Had to pay $1500 to get hazmat to clean up. They claimed it's my tenants fault. How was that my tenants fault when all the units next to ours are all impacted? Poor customer service. The receptionist have an attitude each time I call.

Trust me the one star is only because yelp requires it!! Negative stars are what they deserve. I just went to the office to speak with our so called owner rep who treated two homeowners like we were beneath him and not worth him asking us to sit down. He talked the entire time standing at the front door. Interrupting every single time we spoke. Instantly defensive, rude, condescending and over and over stating he does not work for the homeowners, he works for the board!! Who do u think pays the HOA bills to pay you! Totally biased totally rude. Then the owner if the company interrupts and introduces herself. Slightly calmer but insisting we leave and still not allowing, inviting us to come into the office conference rooms. She kept stating she needed us to leave because a NEW client was coming in! Meaning she didn't want unhappy homeowners tainting her new client! So hopefully new client, you are reading this before you hire this company! I own a very nice expensive home for ten years of these yahoos managing our assoc. Do not hire them read the diversity of these reviews and see from homeowner to tenants, only rudeness is service they know how to provide!!

I can not believe this is an American company. So rude, so disorganized. Never call you back no matter how many times you leave message. What i want to know where the f*** my 280$/ month HOA goes? This is a useless company with the worst customer service. Diana needs to learn few things about customer service.

You get what you pay for. If you hire the least expensive property management services, that is what you get. They continually are rude, lose documents, do not return phone calls and are NOT customer service oriented at all. I never feel welcome when I call and if I finally do get a property manager or assistant all kinds of excuses. I have never been so frustrated in all my life trying to get a simple question answered. The worst.

This management company are a bunch of low life scammers! Someone should investigate where do all the HOA fees go to? I bet a good percentage of it all ends up in someone's pocket. We know who you are!

poor customer service and always rude when they are on the phone, they oblivious need more customer service training. Jill one of their community manager is one of the rudest and dumbest human-beings i have ever spoken to. how she got the job is a mystery.

So this PM has the worst customer service and is never open. I had a huge issue with my HOA and neighbor next door. Never once did they listen on my complaints but went with the neighbor's hearsay next door. Run- fast
