Awful management. This company is completely money hungry . The conditions of the houses are cheap and awful. When we moved in the house was disgusting but apparently they have people come in and clean. It did not look like that. When we moved out we cleaned and they still charged us for everything. Minor things that could’ve been charged in the cleaning fee that they said they would charge us regardless of conditions weren’t done. They instead said they rather replace and charge us. Do not go here. Worst company ever. And will take your money without consent.

Reception has an attitude her name is Tonya and when I went to the office since they always busy and in meetings I see her on her phone for the time I waited for service. I had called previously to give them my 30 day notice since I was in training and couldn’t make it. And now they want to charge an entire month just because of 2 days late according to there chart and schedule. You would think they are military friendly and understanding... but nope not at all....

If I could give no stars I would. So unhappy with the service my husband have received. We have called about the same issue multiple times in the last three months, and about 6 times in the last week with promises that we would get a call back. Never received a call in all this time, so we had to go in just to speak with someone. They say there is no record of us calling at all, they've never heard our name. Finally got an appointment set up, they were a no show, and now our problem cannot be solved because corporate "coincidentally called" about our specific issue, within minutes of our appointment. I will take my business off base. As for being on a military base, they definitely treat the military members and their families poorly. I am completely appalled at the service they provide. I do not suggest living on base to anyone.

I can't begin to say enough about the professionalism, kindness and overall outstanding people at Little Rock Air Force Base Housing. Since we have been there everyone person we came in contact was very professional, kind, and just a pleasure to speak to. I would highly recommend them and base housing to anyone. Thank you all for doing what you do.

There was a fire on base housing, due to the fact that NONE of the houses are up to code by FEDERAL LAW what will be done in regards to getting GFCI outlets for ALL of housing? Our servicemembers deserve better.
