Liz Moore Property Management has managed a family rental property for the past two years. Genia Prior was our primary contact person. Having had a very bad experience with the previous property management entity, I want to state what a positive experience it has been having Liz Moore Property Management, and especially Genia Prior, handle our rental house. Whether it's by phone, text, or email, Genia is always available if needed. Great communication!

In addition, the entire rental process, from the initial tenant procurement to move out, was outstanding. This company has a very thorough program to insure that both the tenant and owner/landlord are taken care of and well informed. They provide detailed rental agreements, move-in and move-out inspection checklists, help with utilities, homeowner's association rules, and more. Maintenance issues are handled very professionally, eliminating headaches. Most importantly, as an owner, monthly and yearly accounting statements are provided via email.
