ADA and FHA getting ready to hear about the property at 758 St Michael St Mobile AL 36602. 11 floors and both elevators turned off. Urine in the stairwells and no staff to be found.

I wouldn't recommend anyone living at one of their properties. I live at Allier Port Wentworth and it has been a awful experience from the beginning. They don't care about taking care of their residents.

Horrible!! I have left several messages asking for a return call because of an issue with one of their properties. I moved at the end of June and they keep giving me the same story about my deposit refund. The staff told me it takes 30 days for the check to come from Birmingham. Well it’s been over 60. They can’t tell you who to call or a number to call or they say I’ll check and call you back. It’s been two weeks since I called the apartment staff the last time. One of the staff members is very rude. She actually told me that they would call me when it came so I didn’t have to call worrying them. This is absolutely the last week of me trying to resolve this issue on my own.

Today is Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Was told to email my contact information to the email address listed below and I would get a call on that day. Email was sent and I’m still waiting for the call.

Unresponsive and their IVR goes in circles just to hang up on you. How is this place a property management group?

Update: The inquiry form on their website doesn’t work either. I wish I could give negative stars because their is no way to get in contact with someone here.

8/9/23 update… apparently whoever responds to these reviews doesn’t know what IVR means or doesn’t utilize their tools (Google) to see what it means. Nowhere did I say this was a position in the company. IVR aka interactive voice response or the recording a client hears and selects responses to when they call a business… I.e. “press one for X, two for Y, etc.” JUST WOW.

WARNING! DO NOT DO ANY WORK for this company. They have ripped me off along with others that I know. Properties that they manage in Birmingham, Al are Red Mountain Villa, Green Springs Lodge, and Carson Crest. They stole thousand of dollars in services from honest working people.
