Loa Carroll-Hubbard has been our insurance agent for years. She has always been wonderful to work with and we felt so comfortable knowing that she was there for us. I have been a customer of Loa for over ten years. We had a house fire back in 2016. She came to the house, walked it with us as well as the fire marshal. She was kind, supportive and helped us to get the resources we needed. At the time I was pregnant and had four kiddos. She also found that we did not have something on our policy that we all assumed we had, and went to bat with national Allstate to insure that we were properly compensated.

This year I have worked with Jessica in her office and we were able to lower my monthly costs and ensure that all of our assists had the best coverage.

I have stayed and will stay with this office because of how they have treated my family every year and especially when we had the house fire.

My current agent Loa and her assistant Jessica recently helped prevent a potential fraud against my home. Do to their excellent, customer service, vigilance and watching my back they helped resolve a potential issue, that I probably would not have been aware of until it was too late! Thankfully, it was an error on another parties part, but was resolved quickly due to Loa and Jessica's efforts!

Loa Carroll’s AllState branch provides excellent service. The staff are knowledgeable and seek to serve. Loa will work for YOU. We had snow damage this last year and was dealing with an out of state adjuster. Loa was our interface and made the process smooth. I highly recommend this agency.

Absolutely dreadful. I would have given zero stars if possible. I filed a claim in February and still have not had any determination or help whatsoever. I paid over $5000 to have my home insured, and I’ve been treated horribly by everyone, including my agent. They sent an adjuster to look at my claim, and took all copies of my invoices, pictures, inspection reports, and such and still have acted as if I’m ‘not cooperating with my claim.’ Stay away from Allstate, they are in the business of taking premiums and treating you like a criminal as soon as you need help. STEER CLEAR!
