What can I say other then very I'm impressed with my loan agent Adriana she is professional, freindly and polite, informative she kept in communication with me. Her and her team worked diligently to make the process go quickly and smoothly they delivered as promised. Shervin was my point-person that I worked with at Loan Guys. The service he provided me was 5 star and white-glove all the way. He was informative and always in contact with me. We closed on time and as promised. Amazing gentleman and professional.

Use caution. Went to them for a DSCR loan and it was a mistake. The biggest issue is that they use a nationwide wide appraisal company called Fast App which in turn bids out the appraisals to the lowest bidder. The appraiser was very incompetent and even used unliviable homes in his compa. I filled out the form to contradict the appraisals with real comps , only to have it sent back to the initial appraiser ( which of course is not going to admit fault or wrong doing ). I tried to reach out to the CEO of loan guys but you cannot find his contact information anywhere on there website. So I used the contact form to express my concerns and never got any response from anyone ( CEO or customer service ) I pulled my loans and went with someone else , and my new appraisals were $45,000 and $25,000 higher than Fast Apps. I lost $1800 on appraisals and re inspection not to count my time . My advice is don’t be like me and do your homework before you go with Loan Guys.

The worst loan process ever! Horrible communication, over promised, under delivered. Of course they could transfer my appraisal and get closed a DSCR in less than 2 weeks. LIES. It took nearly 6 WEEKS. Having to send the same documents to 3 different people is a joke. Their title search quite out dated and I had to call and do their work. Costs were not as promised. Just excuses and blaming other department and illness. Enough is enough
Save yourself the time & frustration - Go elsewhere !!!

Extremely disappointed with my interaction with Loan Guys. My business Partner and I were told they could close a DSCR loan within a given timeframe. They were handed a signed-off appraisal, tax certifications, contracts, insurance quotes, you name it. Loan officer Morci did not answer questions and did not acknowledge they would miss their agreed-upon timeline. What should have taken days has taken weeks; two weeks into this ordeal, we haven't even received disclosures. My email to CEO Joshua and COO Ben went unanswered. I'm sure they're able to close loan for people, but if you're an investor who expects clear communication and met deadlines, this isn't the company for you. Anyone is encouraged to reach out to me directly for more information.

Unbelievable service!!!! by Shervin Modir who works with the Loanguys.com First of all, I want to thank him for getting me an impossible to obtain by anybody else loan. I wanted to buy a nine-unit multifamily apartment complex in a rural area. Before I could make an offer, I had to be prequalified with a loan offer. This was very difficult for me because my credit score was so low. I called five different loan officers, and they all said they could not help me. An advertisement popped up on my phone, and thankfully Shervin answered the phone. To fix my credit score I had to pay off some credit cards. Still, it takes thirty days to make any real improvements in my credit score. My first quote from Shervin was at the rate around 12 percent APR, with my poor to fair credit rating. After my credit improved, he was able to offer me better rate at 9.2 percent APR. I ended up getting a positive cash flow over of 2000.00 a month, with another 1000.00 that can be made rather quickly. On my first attempt to get a loan, there were no comparable properties available for me to be able to get an appraisal also. After calling several companies said they also said they were unable to do an appraisal, for the same reason. Shervin never gave up and found me a loan using a different appraisal company! Another great quality Shervin has is that he almost always answers his phone right away. He quickly calls back if he doesn’t answer. He also worked after hours. His loan closer Caroline Liu was great also. She worked hard for me to get my loan, while under the weather to make sure my loan was done on time. Go Shervin! Hire Shervin, the five star loan officer.
