While I understand the high demand for rental units, I regret having to share a negative experience. After submitting my application online, a minor human error occurred requiring additional steps. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this issue until after 6 PM and was then given less than 24 business hours to resolve it before my application was terminated.

When I spoke with a representative today, she claimed to have called me the previous day but never left a voicemail. If the goal was to genuinely assist me as a potential applicant, a proper follow-up effort should have been made. Instead, there was no effort to offer solutions or guidance to move forward. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience, I was met with an indifferent attitude.

It’s clear this business operates with the mentality of simply moving on to the next applicant, rather than prioritizing professionalism and customer care. In hindsight, I’m grateful—this experience revealed the true nature of the management.

I don't think I would like to rent from this place. I called in just a few minutes ago, today, in regards to questions on my rental application. The email wasn't very clear & I just wanted to ask how the new $250 holding deposit policy was supposed to be handled - there are no links for this, must be dropped off via check & by appointment only. The representative was rude and short - immediately starting with "did you read my email?". Hopefully this message reaches someone curious on how this company handles prospective clients.

*A new age where you can apply online, pay for the application and then you're met with the old age of bad customer service and physical check drop offs by appointment only is shocking.*

It’s so unfair that I have to leave a star. They should be in the negatives. First of all They are super unorganized quick to take deposits but wont reach back out to you right away . They go through a third party for the background and application process, Kelly who refused to give her last name and position was very rude and disrespectful. They are also not updated with new rental laws .Called my Emergency contact for my employer info which was on the application asked personal questions that shouldn’t have been asked in the first place ! Don’t waste your time and money with them !

I’m the owner of Mancebo Handyman Service LLC and I have had nothing but positive experiences with this property management company. Leilani has been very efficient, polite and communicative which makes working with her a breeze. Davina, the office manager always has a positive attitude, is polite and very resourceful whenever I drop by the office to get keys or discuss the details of a job. I truly appreciate the working with the Lodi Property Management Company.

I am appalled by the treatment I received from this rental company. It is the worst I have ever experienced! When my husband moved in before me, I was not included in the initial lease. However, when my daughter and I moved in, we completed all the necessary paperwork to be added to the lease. Unfortunately, my husband passed away in the home, and we were never informed that the previous tenant had also passed away in the same home, something that the company is not disclosing to potential tenants.

After two years of consistently paying rent on time and passing home inspections without any issues, the company suddenly demanded that we sign new leases. They began harassing me about not being on the lease and insisted that I re-apply to become a tenant in the home we've lived in for four years. They also told me that I could not be given priority over other applicants, despite already living in the house. They gave me the ultimatum of reapplying or vacating the property. Faced with their unprofessionalism and harassment, I decided to move out.

To make matters worse, they wouldn't even allow us to park in front of our own houses. I sent them photos and videos showing the condition of the place when we moved in, but despite this, I just received my deposit check back, and they charged me for things that aren't true. I strongly believe this is in retaliation for challenging them about the lease. They claimed there was smoke damage in the home, despite no one ever smoking in the house. They also charged for carpet damage, even though I had personally paid to have the carpets repaired. I spent $350 on a move-out cleaning service, and they allegedly paid someone else $350 to clean the place. The documentation they sent me only shows a quote, not a receipt.

What's truly outrageous is that, because we lived there for so long, we kept my daughter's height marked on the wall, and they listed this as extensive wall damage. I strongly advise anyone against dealing with these people. The only positive aspect of our experience was the maintenance lady who serviced our houses. She can attest to the great condition of the house, and I have pictures of the upgrades we made and the before and after photos. The most sickening part is that they made the check out to my deceased husband, even though they didn't show the same concern when cashing my checks. I truly hope that karma is real, as this company deserves it!

I also tried calling them 6 times, and no one called me back. Davina is rude, and plays favoritism. This business makes me feel that there are no good human beings left in this world.

Monse didn't rush me at all and made sure I fully understood everything. It's not often you come across someone so dedicated and thorough.
