Unfortunately, I can not give a good review. Once we filled out an application, they went MIA. No calls were returned, and emails were ignored. Brandon never got back to us.

Edit since obviously someone is not telling the whole truth.

Brandon knew that I had just moved here from Germany as an international student. Hence, I don't have an SSN or a credit score. He said that's not a problem as long as I can find a co-signer. So please get your facts right. The lack of communication or better, the ignoring part is what was super unprofessional. Before the application, he was quick to return emails, text messages, and calls. Once the application was turned in and paid, he was somewhere in Nirvana. He never once returned any calls, emails, or messages to let me know what was going on. And that is very unprofessional.
So please don't make up any lies. Because I was always very transparent from the beginning and Brandon knew about it.
I understand you protect your employees, but this is wrong.

Since Lotus has taken over management of our building, there has been a noted improvement in the quality of living here. It has become easier and more efficient to pay rent. The maintenance team has become faster and more reliable, with office staff checking regularly that maintenance was performed in a satisfactory and timely fashion. Moreover, the office staff has helped mediate issues with other tenants, often finding quick and helpful resolutions. Highly recommend.

I've been living in a Lotus West property for about 2 years. So far the experience has been great. I moved to LA from NYC and have to say this experience has been a breadth of fresh air (literally and figuratively).

I could tell from my initial email correspondence with them that they were legit. It was very difficult to apartment search from 3,000 miles away, but I remember Lotus West had an accurate listing and also sent me multiple video walkthroughs of the unit. This seems like something you'd expect, but not many Landlords/Management companies were willing to do that.

The experience of living here has been equally pleasant. Whenever something needs repairs it's been easy to get them scheduled and completed. They keep the building clean and curate a friendly vibe overall that makes it a nice place to live.
