I can’t say enough good things about our experience with LRS Realty! From start to finish, the team has been incredibly supportive and attentive. Gabriela was fantastic in helping us find our new home. She took the time to understand our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect place. Her knowledge of the area and dedication to our search made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Once we settled in, Martha has been absolutely wonderful in attending to any maintenance and care needs for the house. She’s responsive, kind, and always ensures that everything is handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that LRS Realty genuinely cares about their clients’ comfort and satisfaction.
We are beyond grateful for the exceptional service and support from Gabriela, Martha, and the entire LRS team. Highly recommended!

Liz is manager at Tudor Garden and has been Great change for this neigh hood in my opinion. She's professional, keeps the surroundings clean if you have any questions, concerns, work orders I mean anything she's very helpful and in my opinion and experience she has done more than the previous managers, in the time that she has been manager my family and I have been pleased with her help. With the work orders she takes the time to explain the process and has provided updates and does everything she cans and at last she seems to really care for the tenants which is a plus.

Wow! Martha Munoz at LRS Realty & Management is AMAZING!! The tenants primary access door for our 4 units was suddenly broken, so none of our keys would work for the door, and we could not access our apartments from the main entrance. I phoned LRS R&M and got Martha, and she immediately reach out to the vendor for technician support! Chris the technician arrived promptly and did a great job! Martha was not only professional and courteous but she saved the day! And gave our issue her full and immediate attention! And, on a holiday weekend! Thank You Thank You Martha! Your are the Best!!

I have been having an issue with my stove at a property managed by LRS since December 2024 and they refuse to do anything to fix it. My first maintenance request was closed without a technician ever coming to look at the stove, and my second maintenance request was canceled after a technician said that "parts would need to be ordered" to fix the stove.

I had Mr. Josué come to our house for some repairs, and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. He was incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to fix everything that needed attention. He even made two trips to Home Depot to ensure he had everything required for the job. His work was not only thorough but also clean and meticulous. I'm extremely happy with the results!
Thank you very much!

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with the incompetence of this company as a potential renter. A quick look at the reviews shows property owners are relatively happy but renters in LRS properties are miserable and neglected.
Full disclosure I did not rent from or employ this company because I backed out of a rental after experiencing their shady business protocols and disorganized, chaotic communication.
This company requires a full deposit in cashiers check in order to “hold” a unit and draft a lease. Let me repeat: they require potential renters to give them thousands of dollars before there is a lease in hand, or even drafted. That is a flagrant red flag and absolutely abnormal and nefarious. They maintain that is their standard protocol and necessary, with no further explanation or other options.
In addition, the staff and agents show an impressive lack of knowledge about the units they’re managing and handling maintenance issues. They evade every question about how it would work to resolve a maintenance issue, and didn’t even know where the parking spots would be for the unit. They bragged that they manage 3,300 properties around Southern California but that’s not a flex when you realize it’s why they never respond and are disorganized and unhelpful.
I scoured the reviews on google, yelp, and better business bureau. It’s true owners are relatively happy but every renter experiences what I have and is left in the dark when they have a real problem arise. Glad I stayed away and cut my losses.

I highly recommend this business. We have been with LRS for many years and they have been absolutely wonderful. They manage 3 of my properties and are always on top of everything. They have superb customer service and always respond in a timely, friendly and professional manner. Martha Munoz, my maintenance manager, has been amazing! She is extremely helpful and committed to providing my tenants and myself as a landlord the best possible service. 10/10 five-stars!

the guy who showed us the property and signed us up was awesome and helpful. But otherwise I found LRS to be rude, hard to get hold of, and rip offs. God awful customer service. I have so many examples but let me give one. My rent (in LA) was 7500/mo for four bedrooms. For almost half a month, one of the four rooms (the largest which was also my office) was shut down due to repairs - water damage. And they had machines running (large industrial fans) 24/7 for a week (and I had to pay the electrical!!!) This was a major hassle for me and took many hours of my work time to relocate and use up another room in the house intended for other purposes, not to mention the fans were extremely loud. I had to buy a bunch of thick blankets and create a sound barrier just to be able to function. Imagine someone banning you from your office for twelve days. I asked for a credit of 2000 dollars off my 7500 dollar rent. I was rejected and treated like crap. I was offered a credit of 300 dollars. But I had to provide all sorts of evidence. They argued about it non stop (when they answered which was rare). I was unrelenting and finally I was given another 200 dollars after two months of arguing and insisting. When I left they took 3100 dollars off my $8000 deposit, including a $1250 cleaning fee and $600 fee to paint a door. I will do everything I can to steer people away from LRS.
