Not recommended. I lived in one of their properties in South Gate which is very oversaturated and therefore overinflated. These property managers take advantage of those conditions to inflate rent for a poorly managed property. Layers of very sloppy paint jobs on the walls. Blankets used as insulation for large holes in the wall directly into another apartment. No legitimate attempt at sound-proofing for privacy. Mismatched floors, broken linoleum and tiles. Poor quality carpet in bedroom with stains from previous tenants. Broken closet doors. Stained shower doors. Bathroom sink falling off the wall literally being held together by decaying and discolored calk, okayed by their move-in inspector and never addressed. Broken shower tiles with mismatched, stained, and decayed calking peeling off in thick layers. Loud noises and bangs from pipes when running hot water. Electric fuses tied to their other tenants' apartments. Frequent black outs. Electrician stated it was due to faulty system made to save property management money at the expense of their tenants. They overcharge for repairs that should be their responsibility. They will overcharge you for anything and everything they can, while cutting corners on quality. They will charge exorbitant amounts to repaint when they should be repainting every 3-5 yrs to manage the upkeep of the property. Cramped location of a tiny apartment in a triplex ranch style home. Between adjacent houses and apartments in each direction, so windows look straight into neighbors' homes. Lack of privacy. Lack of natural light. No air conditioning. No light fixture or fan in the living room. Just general cave-like conditions. Overall poor move-in condition approved by move-in inspector. Despite putting up with all of this for years, they will still keep your deposit, ignore the quality of the property with poor paint job, overall state of under-repair as it was upon move-in AND STILL act like they're somehow doing you a favor while charging you exorbitant fees, to top it all off. If you have money to burn, have low expectations in a rental, and don't care about your quality of life, you found the right company!

LS came out and took pics of the house, told us what we needed to do to update the house for their service and we complied. When it came time to rent the house out LS screened all the applicants and found renters that qualified as good renters. So far everything's been going as planned and I don't have to think about the house anymore, LS is doing the thinking. Can't ask for anything better than that!

Simply trash, Simply put hope you end up in hell for all your tenant and management abuse.... oh and also that is true they bother you about your credit score when their workers credit scores are deplorable they cannot even afford a new car that is how deplorable they are and if you seem to have better things and more money than they do they try to ask you for a larger deposit ha they use to run this side show out of an apartment could not even afford an actual office before....pathetic God sees all the nonsense you pull off so you will find yourself burning when you leave this earth heathens on earth, struct a nerve with John oh well go see their reviews on yelp not so good right John..
