If you are looking for a company that does the bare minimum and gives you the run around (when you can actually get ahold of them), and never answers the phone nor calls back... you will be pleased with their services. If that is not what you are looking for, keep on searching. We sold our home a year ago this September, we called numerous times between September and May to notify of the sale as we had just paid our insurance premium for the year a month prior and would be due the difference. No one could be bothered to answer or call back until renewal came up. We told them at renewal all of this and sent all the requested documentation on the sale and have gotten nothing but the run around from them on the status of that refund or what the next steps are. The incompetence and inability to do their job is astounding. Thankful we went with a different insurance firm for our current home as the services they offered here were less than mediocre. We also have way more coverage for way less money. Run.
