Chad makes buying and selling easy. He was available literally 24/7 with any questions I had. He even helped me move a few things from the home when I had no one around. Our home sold for full price in the first day and I have no doubt it was because of Chad’s expertise. There are a lot of realtors out there, but Chad makes everything easy and fast. He also took the time to explain everything even when it was simple. We chose him to buy from and sell from and neither time did I feel like he wasn’t ready to go, ready to help. Let me start off by saying WOW. This was my first time purchasing a home. There is no other realtor in the WORLD that I would have chosen. Chad was amazing when it came to communication. He was always so quick to schedule viewings, as well as responding in a timely manner when we had questions for the seller. If you're looking for a realtor that is honest and has your back in the home buying process, it's this guy. He never pressured us. Even when he didn't think a home was safe, or the right fit for us, he was honest. In the future when we decide to buy another home Chad will be on speed dial.
