We had very nice 3 days vacation at Lake Tahoe. Apartment very spacious and clean. Our host Sean and his team were very supportive and fast in responding. Will recommend this property to my friends.

We stayed in a home in Pebble Beach with our families (9 adults total) the week of our wedding, and got ready and had our wedding dinner there. The property was unique and perfect for our group. We spotted whales off the balcony every morning, which was an unexpected delight! Upon arrival, we were contacted by the property manager to check if we needed anything which was very helpful. He was always incredibly responsive to our questions. The home was perfect for our wedding week!

Had an unacceptable experience with management (Tahoe office), after my rental service had multiple problems. Absolutely, will not respond to phone calls & emails. I had to call local managers of the property on several occasions. This was one of their Premier properties on the 17 mile drive, Pebble Beach. Broken dishwasher with standing water inside & under the sink. Non warming & functioning of hot tub. Recreation room lighting non functional. Yard maintenance arriving with gas powered equipment at 8 am, waking everyone the morning after our arrival. Loss of water pressure & broken window opening & closing handles and difficulty operating some sliding glass doors. Old home needs a lot of TLC. I can not get any response from management to address these issues. Sad after spending $13,200 for 4 night stay! Beware !!!

The home was spectacular and unique. The location was fantastic. The style of the home was a big plus for me and the other guests. We walked around the home marvelling at the architecture and interior design. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and outdoor spaces were perfect for us. I wish we lived there. The whole experience with Luxe was top notch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Six stars!

Wonderful place for a family get together! Can't say how much we loved staying in Carmel Valley at the Renaissance Villa. It was perfect for our adult children and the grandkids! The whole place was beautiful inside and out! The grandkids love the pool and hot tub! We all had a great time, weather was perfect! We had a problem with our tv in the cottage where my husband and I stayed and we called and they got it fixed for us very quickly! I hlghly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay here again if in the area!!
