Popeyes in Semmes is TERRIBLE!!!! Either their talking on their phone playing on them or flirting with the guys in drive through. My last 3 orders have been wrong and when you tell them they DO NOT CARE.. OH and management could care less... Most of the employees act like if your not the right Race they give you terrible attitude and could care less.. I will NOT go back. DONE!!!!

Husband went to Popeyes at 5413 Highway 90 West on Saturday and bc of this pandemic, lobby is closed! He gets home and we discover the chicken is so OLD we couldn't even chew it. We had no choice but to return back to the restaurant...20 min away to demand a refund...The video I took of how NASTY the EMPTY inside lobby is, would make you never eat here again! Contacting the BBB, YELP, CONSUMER AFFAIRS and anyone else I can think of!
