I am a care giver and helped out a resident get ready for weekly inpection.
My car was vandelized while in parking lot after a disscusion with an employee of the complex.
Its property over the low income mostly elderly people that live there. There rules and invasion of privacy are not good. From the outside looking in its not a good place to live.
The property does look better than it did a few years ago. They removed the mold from outside the apt walls. The residents are always in fear of getting wrote up and threatened with eviction for almost nothing. But the property still looks bad. Im sure the owners that live out of state have no idea what they do at this complex.
