Management De Novo is the most over-rated and non functioning management company ever! They spectacularly fail to enforce the CC&R's and Rules and Regulations. Written and verbal complaints by tenants and owners go unanswered. They are diligent is collecting monthly HOA fees, but do not ensure the landscaping is done (grass not cut in almost a month). They do not enforce noise complaints, they do not enforce parking regulations (both HOA and civil) and do nothing about pet owners letting their cats roam free or dog owners who do not pick up their pet excrement from the sidewalks.

In my opinion their incompetence knows no bounds. They make many claims without ever providing any results. I have no idea why our Board keeps them as our HOA management company. Probably because it’s easier to keep them than to switch I suppose. The above comments are just my opinions about this company.
