They have kept the property rented, repairs were handled promptly, the accounting was accurate and the portal was easy to use. Was living on a MAP property for five years when we had to move due to a loss of family member. We packed and cleaned in a timely manner. They operate a professional business yet the owner of the house felt the need to renovate and update the property on our expense. It wasn't enough the we went out of our way to properly clean the house but our full deposit was taken along with MAP asking for more ... Unfair in many ways .We are so glad we left when we did ,due to misfortune but we bought and now own our own property.we definelty could have contested for a pro-rated amount on what they felt was needed but we were content just letting it be. We want nothing more to do with MAP property management for unfair treatment I only wish they would have stood up for good tenants like ourself we still have pictures of the house for our records to prove conditions were left as when we first signed for rental see
