Marc has been the most professional and proactive insurance agent I have ever experienced in my years with State Farm. He has dedicated staff that assist me quickly and efficiently when I visit. Marc is great with letting me know what I need to do, helps me to initiate whatever is needed and sends texts and emails to keep me informed as things progress. I called Marc late one afternoon as the office was closing, leaving a message about damage to my vehicle. The first thing the next morning I received a call from Marc himself. He very expertly explained the claims process and how I could register an account with State Farm so I could follow the progress of the claim via my email and smartphone.

He called me back in just a few minutes with my claims number and the process was under way immediately. Before we had completed the call we discussed a rental car company to use. Within a few minutes I received a call from the rental car company, as State Farm had already contacted them to call me.

I was totally impressed with Marc's quick response and his reassuring calm, friendly demeanor. He immediately reduced the stress I was feeling. I would recommend Marc to anyone who is seeking expert and caring service.

I had to write a review for Marc because he and his team are the absolute best from State Farm! I don't really like dealing with insurance, nor do I really understand all of it, however Marc and his team have absolutely been the most helpful people around whenever I have any questions or concerns about my coverages or payments. Marc Amesse’s agency is amazing!
I received a call today from Alex, an associate at Marc’s agency, he was following up on an auto quote we worked on a couple years ago but it didn’t pencil out. Alex wanted to see if we could revisit it and see if they could offer a competitive quote. Not only was I impressed he reached out to see if he could help in any way, he wasn’t pushy, and didn't try some sleazy sales tactic to get our additional business. Alex was very professional, polite, understanding, patient and just a good honest guy who was shooting me straight with no alternative motives. He took the time to go over every detail of our current policy, what the new policy would look like, etc., he was very thorough!
