Marcy has been a great agent. We have navigated many things and frustrations. She is always speedy to respond to any of my questions or requests and worked with me to find the things and insurance types I needed. She has been an awesome agent. (She can't help that the premiums may increase - which sucks we all know it does - but she does what she can to apply as many deals as possible and to keep her insurers happy).

It’s hysterical to see all the Five star ratings for this office. I feel like I need to set the record straight. I was a customer of this office before Marcy took over. Even though Marcy is a somewhat good person the policies and rates at Allstate are shameful (They promise things they can not deliver). I have switched now my auto and Home from Allstate because they kept raising our rates even through we were customers for over a decade. Most of you have been customers probably for less than that and your pain is coming. Marcy did not help us get the best rates and instead defended her Allstate team when we needed her the most! I will never be a customer of Marcy or All state again. I hope this helps the next potential customer who gets swindled by the sweetness and care they seem to give. When the rubber meets the road they have no authority over rates. Good hands? That is the first lie. I write this having never been more disappointed in a long term relationship I had than this one. They tried to take advantage of my wife credit score fluctuating 20 points and raising our rates by 400%. Kindness only goes so far when you continue to take money from my family. This is a true review not one thats fluffed from 1-2 interactions but from over a decade of experience. This is the heart of a failed relationship because they kept gouging my family to we were forced to leave. How much you willing to pay for non authentic kindness? Ask yourself before joining. Other companies much better! Just as a real life example my auto went up like 400% no accidents just because of credit. My mortgage went $400 per month because they kept raising our rates. Can you imagine ? Its time to push back against these companies who continue to thrive from having their “good hands” in our pockets. The reason for this review easy- tired of being gouged!
