I high recommend Marina Plaza Apartments the community is clean, and the neighbors are very friendly.
I really like the open space in the community, When I visit my unit I was so surprised with all the rooms space the big windows with a plenty of lights. I also had a very good experience with Jessie.
She is very professional ( She is always ready to fix any issue as fast she can) She made the move in process very easy to be compete. Thanks Jessie for put effort to keep our community safe, clean and always welcome.

Marina Plaza is the place to stay if your looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing apartment to live in. The zen like feel when you walk up to your front door really makes you feel at home.

All the rooms are actually quite spacious as well. The liveable living room and open kitchen really makes it comfortable to live here.

Jesse really made the move-in process so easy for us. It was probably the easiest we've ever experienced. She simply told us what was needed, showed us around a few units, and was really patient with All the questions I had.

We were lucky to find this hidden gem on the Marina. My family and I love of our new home and is looking forward to settling in for the upcoming years to come.

Jessica is a lovely person who made my moving process 10x less stressful. She went above and beyond to ensure I was able to figure everything out. There were some issues in the past with previous management, but I remain highly hopeful for the future of this community with Jessica taking care of it!

Been here 4+ years.

1. Well-maintained property.
2. Walking distance to the park and shore.

1. During summertime it really stinks every few hours per day. It's because of sewer waste discharge to the sea nearby. When it's really hot outside and you can't even open the window because of the smell, it feels like living in hell.

2. Mona the property manager was not bad overall. But it's quite disappointing that she overcharged us 4 times in last 3 months. Our last rent after we gave her move-out notice, was overcharged by $1268. It's really unacceptable because it happened right after she mistakenly overcharged our rental insurance for 3rd time. She had plenty of time to do her job right since we gave her our move-out notice 40 days in advance. Yet she failed us once again and didn't even say a single apology for her mistakes.
