Lived there almost 4 years. Maintenance is always fast to fix your problem in the apartments. Office staff always friendly especially office manager Sandra Don. Gym always clean and property. Area very safe, and pet friendly. Gonna miss the apartments.

I am very pleased and at ease working with the most passionate woman Dominque Lewis. She has proven that she is well organized and patient at what she do with a driven spirit. Dominique does not lack at anything she does for Marine View/avenue5. I am in love with her work ethic and fast pace persona. Dominique Lewis seems as if she does not take breaks on what she need to get done for any tenants. I enjoy her hard-working charisma and peace she holds as a person. She treat everyone equally with honesty love. I am glad to be a new tenant at Marine view apartment, and I love the community and the community loves me back. Thank you to Marine view Apartments!!!! I am very excited to start this new chapter in my life surrounded with amazing people.

Marine View Apartments is an absolute nightmare. The building is dilapidated, with mold infesting every corner, posing a serious health hazard. The management is utterly incompetent, ignoring maintenance requests and showing blatant disregard for tenants' well-being. The stench of neglect permeates every inch of the property, making it uninhabitable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this wretched place.

It’s actually a Nice Neighborhood, However, if you don’t rent one of their parking stalls (if one is available) then parking is TERRIBLE…If you have a Job and tired coming home from work…It’s the worst feeling worrying about if you’re going to have somewhere to park. I actually had to leave many times and spend the night at a family member’s house because there was nowhere to park. There’s times I was so very tired and had to park around the corner and even a few blocks away. But; when there’s no parking spaces a few blocks or around the corner? And hope no one has a party because that too has happened…You’re really in trouble with parking because ALL the guests take up the parking from the Residents. That’s why I gave three stars. Be Warned

I have been here for 5 years. This is a really nice and quite community. The staff excel in customer service. Freddy and David are always very prompt with getting any work needed in my apartment. The office Staff is always Friendly and very Helpful Susan and Gary were Wonderful and Now Emerson the new Community Manager is very professional and Amazing. I would recommend this community to friends and Family.

Finally found a nice and quite place to call home. Marine View have very spacious floor plans and just Love my new renovated townhouse that Emerson show me. Emerson is very professional and patient just love the way he was able to help me not just with my move in but setting up my utilities. The apartment has everything new and love the layout. Thank you Emerson for all your Help.

Wasn’t a huge fan of the neighbors and wasn’t a huge fan of the owner of the apartments. However, Mary, the manager for Marine View Apartments is an absolute angel from above! She went above and beyond for me to make sure I was taking care of, and she will do the same with every single tenant. The best decision Marine View Apartments has ever done was hiring Mary for a manager. You cannot teach the qualities that she possesses. She also has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Because of Mary, I would highly recommend Marine View Apartments!! 😊
