Mark and State farm find any way to not pay a claim. My daughter got into an accident, we sent the car to where they told us to. They did not fix it and it overheated and needed a head gasket. They refused to pay due to my daughter driving it till it overheated. What!!! It was leaking from the accident. They did not fix right, so it overheated. STILL PART OF THE ACCIDENT!

Best insurance office around. Mark and his Team are energized, trustworthy, and extremely professional. We had the pleasure of working with Ashley Bedow who coached us through the entire process. I filed a roof claim with State Farm a year ago. State Farm did not find the match for the shingles and sent me the letter that the new shingles will eventually fade away and will match the existing color. The existing shingles color are light gray and the shingle samples provided by State Farm for the repair are close to black color. Despite the manufacturer's emails stating that their shingles will not match in color over time, I ended up with patched roof with different colors. I reached out to Mark for help on a few occasions and he was included in all the emails with State Farm after we requested only written communication. Mark and his agency did not help us at all with this situation. I wish I could include the pictures, so you all could see how ridiculous this is. Keep away from State Farm and this agency!

After 35 yrs with Mark Kruger with home and 5 autos he is nor wanting to talk to me. Poor judgement, was just looking for a second opinion. Will not
recommend him. Find one that with talk to you.
